Small businesses have a lot going on to get the business to function efficiently and to build a great product you need to care deeply about the people who use your products. You can’t do rewarding work if you don’t care about your customers. 

Quality, uniqueness and practicality is important, but also a good and affordable price point. Quality should be affordable and as a small business owner I believe everyone is entitled to own something beautiful without breaking the bank! I fell in love with Esmeralda's paintings when I was first introduced to her via Facebook many years ago. I have watched her grow and thrive.
